You will upload your documents* to our Dropbox to be prepared by the Notary so it can be signed and notarized.
File types accpted are:
Text formats: PDF, DOCX, PPTX and XLSX.
Image formats: PNG, SVG, JPG, and TIFF.
Maximum document file size is 30 MB.

02. Verify
In order to guarantee the safety of your transaction we will verify your identity through various methods such as answering questions based on your personal and credit history (KBA), online verification of your identification documents (credential analysis), and remote viewing of the signer's ID by the Notary during the notarization process.
03. Connect
After you book an appointment you'll receive a personalized link to access the notary session. Connect with the notary at the scheduled time to inspect and authorize your document. Sign and notarize it in a live, two-way audio-visual session within your browser without any downloads or plug-ins.
04.Download
Once your documents are ready and payment is made in full, we will securely send your documents to you via email. This will allow you to conveniently download your notarized documents for your personal records.

How to get started
To schedule an appointment, choose a convenient date and time and provide your complete name, email, phone number, and the number of documents that require notarization into the appointment note. A deposit is necessary to confirm your appointment and will be subtracted from your final bill.
